While COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc on the restaurant and hospitality industry, CURIOUS PROJECTS has been selected to provide full service creative direction, architectural and development services for the renovation and re-imagining of the recently shuttered "Tavern on Main" in Westport, CT. CURIOUS PROJECTS and the new operator will bring a new, welcoming dining and food experience to downtown Westport which will include a new bar, re-visioned interior design and upper exterior terrace. The Mayors Residential Building - 2020
Patrick Malloy Communities has selected CURIOUS PROJECTS to design and entitle The Mayors Building within their Upper East River community in Savannah, Georgia. The Mayors is a bespoke residential condominium building that offers a "once in a generation opportunity" to live along the storied Savannah River. The 5-story structure will consist of 4-full floor flats with expansive views, living room size covered balconies, and soft northern light coming off the river within walking distance of Historic Downtown Savannah.
